• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, collusion, or coordinated betting that compromises the integrity of any event.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, baje and its directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the platform, or from any interruption of service, system failure, or data loss.

baje's total aggregate liability in connection with any claim arising from the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount wagered by the user in the seven (7) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies whether the liability arises from contract, negligence, or any other legal theory.
